Automated Report Delivery

EMS can automatically send reports to specific email addresses on a daily basis. These reports include Reservation and Sales/Statistics Queries, as well as all Saved Daily and Statistics Reports found in the EMS Reports menu.

Setting up Automated Reports

To start configuring Automated Reports, go to Reports > Automated Report Delivery on the EMS menu bar. Here, you’ll see a list of all currently active Automated Reports in your EMS database.

Click “New” to create a new Automated Report. In the description field, enter a name or description for the report, such as “Daily Event Schedule Delivery.” Then, specify whether the report is a Query or a Saved Report.

Next, determine the frequency of the report using options like Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. You can also set the time and time zone for when the report will be sent, as well as the reporting period it will cover.

In the email settings section, enter the email address from which the report will be sent and provide a subject line for the email. 

To add recipients, click “Add” to select email addresses from the Global Address Book. Enter the email addresses of the users or groups who should receive the report, and then click “Add” to confirm.

Once you’ve configured all the settings, click “Save” to finalize the Automated Report configuration.
