Creating and Modifying EMS Reports

EMS offers over 110 reports and a custom query builder to support various stages of meetings and events, from setup to billing. These reports, available in formats like .xml, .xls, comma-delimited, and .txt, provide static reservation, service, billing, and resource data, compatible with many software applications. 

They cover categories such as Daily, Sales, Statistics, Exception, Billing, Hoteling, and Others, offering insights into organizational activities. Automated Reports, including Reservation and Sales/Statistics Queries, can be scheduled according to your preferences. Additionally, the Query Builder enables custom searches within the EMS database. Detailed Billing reports are available separately. 

Creating a report

To make an EMS report, go to the Reports menu on the bar at the top. Choose the report you need and set up how you want it to look. You can use the settings already saved or create new ones. Pick the date and time you want the report to cover. 

Then, decide on the details and how you want the report to show up. After that, you can see a preview of the report on your screen, print it out, or save it for later.
